Please see the Ofqual ‘Student guide to post 16 qualifications results Summer 2020’ for more information about the grading and appeals process. This can be found under Results Summer 2020 in the Teaching and Learning section of the school website.

Students wishing to join the Sixth Form who have met the entry requirements for the Sixth Form and all of their subjects need to confirm their place in the Sixth Form and their subject choices with staff at the sign in desks.

Students who have met the overall requirement for the Sixth Form but not for their original subject choices need to see Mr Ellis. They (and their parents) can wait in the Training Room.

Students who have not met the entry criteria for the Sixth Form and wish to speak to someone may see Mrs Grant and Mrs Bates or the Careers Advisor. They (and their parents) can wait in the Dining Room.

Students who are away on holiday and wish to join the Sixth Form must still contact the school to confirm their place in the Sixth Form. This can be done by phoning the school on results day between 9am and 12pm on (01673) 866900 or by emailing Mr Ellis at s.ellis@williamfarr.lincs.sch.uk.

Timetables will be in draft and subject to change until Wednesday 2 September. The first day of term for Year 12 will be Monday 7 September 2020.

Ofqual has confirmed that there will be a GCSE examination series running from 2 November 2020 to 23 November 2020. Students considering entries for this series should seek advice from a member of the senior staff. Any entries will need to be made and paid for by Friday 18 September 2020.

Staff will also be available on Friday 21 August 2020 between 9am and 12pm to offer advice on options or changes of subject.
