Day 4 - 20 October

In the morning we visited the Piskaryovskoye Cemetery where over 500,000 of the people of St Petersburg were buried during the infamous 900 day siege of Leningrad during World War II.

Afterwards we visited the breath-taking Church of the Spilled Blood, followed by a traditional Russian Pie lunch and then some free time to shop on the Nevsky Prospect.

This evening we attended an authentic Russian Folk Show and afterwards said goodbye to St Petersburg and caught the overnight train to Moscow.
