Team Aims & Objectives
Listed below are the team's original 'Aims and Objectives' which were agreed over a year ago. A lot has happened since the first group day but we believe it's important to remember why the teams first decided to embark on this amazing trip of a lifetime.
The importance of these statements shouldn't be underestimated; they have formed the basis of all the planning which has gone into the itinerary and are what gives the team ownership of their expedition.
Not only have they shaped the final itinerary but we believe they also provide a fantastic foundation when reflecting on our experience and challenges!
- Both teams have decided that they want to build their itineraries around the 4 day PADI Open Water Diver course and 6 days spent working on a marine conservation project.
- The teams are hoping to learn leadarship skills, experience a radically different culture and build their confidence as a result of taking part in the expedition.
- As the teams have chosen the same activities, the itineraries will be arranged in such a way that they are able to travel independently of each other in country.
