Debate Workshop

On the 17th October, Mr Bealby and eight sixth form students attended a debate workshop at King Edwards Grammar school in Louth. It was run by the English Speaking Union and improved their debating skills with in depth explanations of formal debate structures and how to analyse and form a valid argument. The workshop was thoroughly enjoyed by all as it developed many of the student's confidence and technique in approaching a formal debate. Thank you to King Edwards Grammar school for hosting the workshop and a thank you to Mr Bealby for organising the trip!
