The Governing Body is consulting on making a few minor changes to the definitions in its school’s admission arrangements for students starting in September 2022.
The consultation is taking place for a period of six weeks, between 18 December 2020 and 30 January 2021.
The minor changes relate to:
Address: the words ‘lives between Monday and Friday in the school term time’ to be replaced by ‘lives for the majority of term time’. The change will better address split families.
Staff children: to add the following to the definition: ‘and/or the member of staff is recruited to fill a vacant post for which there is a demonstrable skill shortage’. This definition complies with the School Admissions Code.
The admissions policy can be found on the governor section of the website in the Admissions section.
If you have any comments you wish to make on these changes, please contact the Clerk to the Governing Body at the school (email@example.com) by 30 January 2021 or comment on the Lincolnshire School Admissions website:
Comments will be considered by the Full Governing Body before determining its final policy by 28 February 2020.
