Emotional Well Being

I don't know what is wrong but I need to talk

Supporting young people with their social, emotional and mental health.
Helping pupils explore and understand in both a safe and non-judgemental environment using a variety of techniques and strategies to challenge thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

  • 6 x 1 hour weekly sessions, one - to - one.
  • Exam stress workshops for Year 11.
  • Buddy group for Year 7.
  • Year 12 and 13 drop in sessions (From September 2018).
  • Support for Looked After Children (LAC) on a termly basis

Parents of young people Years 7 to 11 requiring Student Welfare Support for their child should approach their Head of  Year.
